Non-signature required: (Default selection delivery service)
bam |+| boo use Go Sweet Spot, a tracked, non-signature required service. The courier will leave your package on your property and you do not have to be home to receive the package. A Card to Call will be left for you to arrange free re-delivery if the driver deems it unsuitable to leave the package.
If you want your package to be received specifically by yourself, please select add a note to your order to specify any delivery instructions.
If you prefer to use the Signature Required option, you will need to be home to receive and sign for your package. It will NOT be left on your property.
Please also take note of the following:
- bam |+| boo will do their very best to get a stocked item to you within five working days. If items are not in stock and you would still like to place an order, please contact us and we will inform you of the approximate wait/delivery time.
- Unfortunately bam |+| boo's courier service (predominantly NZ Couriers) does not deliver to PO Boxes.
- bam |+| boo do not take responsibility for goods delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer - We encourage you to double check to make sure your delivery address is correct, we would hate for our scrumptious items to go missing on their way to you.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY: bam |+| boo suggest you query any applicable import taxes of the country receiving the goods. We cannot take responsibility for these charges and fees.
If there is an issue with your bam |+| boo item – and we apologise if this happens - you may notify us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org that you require a return. To be eligible for a return, you must give full details of the item, the reason for the return and the documents associated with your order and delivery (including proof of purchase) within 10 days of purchasing the item. The item must also be returned to us within 10 days in its original condition (unused with tags attached). Items returned to us will be done so at your expense i.e. you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We only provide returns on items that are defective or damaged. We do not provide refunds or exchanges if you change your mind about a purchase so please choose carefully.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We may, at our option, either: (a) replace the defective item; or (b) refund you the price you paid us for the item.
Unfortunately at this time we cannot provide returns on sale items.
If you are approved to receive a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you are approved to receive an exchange, we will deliver the replacement item to your original delivery address, unless notified otherwise.
